Hufflepuff girls (7/4) - Teehee, this was inspired by a pop art-style posting of Lockheart, so I dug up a book of pop art to attempt to draw Susan Bones and Hannah Abbot. I purposely left out Hannah's pigtails because who wears them at 14, really?
Slytherin enforcers (7/6) - A picture of the heavies of Slytherin - Crabbe, Goyle, and Millicent Bulstrode (and her cat). I worked on and off for several days because my mom was visiting, but that must work because this got a lot of comments. Who knew?
Three Hogwarts cuties (7/9) - I caught on that Marcus Flint, Oliver Wood, and Percy Weasley were the same year. But interest kicked in after I visited Cairnsy's site. And the actors who're going to play them don't look bad, either. ^^
Prof. Snape (7/16) - Meh, I'm in a creative slump and my lab work isn't doing so hot either. So I dashed off this quick sketch in the hopes that it may change my fortunes. After all, Snape's the closest thing to a scientist in the wizarding world...
Mrs. Weasley (7/21) - A lot of people were having birthdays that week, so I drew this picture of Mrs. Weasley with a birthday cake; the was also an experiment in tones, one that apparently failed since it got a whopping one comment. Meh.
Bloody Baron (7/24) - Blarh, this was supposed to be my piece de resistance, but then IE started acting up. I got to finish and save it, but didn't get the chance to post it. I spent a day just trying to figure out how to draw his blood.
Dennis Creevey (7/24) - He''s known for only one thing, but it's such a cute thing! A hasty sketch I tossed off to vent having the Bloody Baron not work out. It turned out pretty nice.
Nearly Headless Nick (7/25) - More Bloody Baron fallout; now I feel like drawing the other ghosts. This is where he gets a letter from that headless society. I tried to give a window-in-the-dark hall effect, and also realized I had no idea which way his head hinged.
Roger Davies (9/5) - I return to Potter drawing, but I did this at Saka's - I haven't felt like returning to ghost's board just yet; it's changed so much... Anyway, I now worship Roger thanks to a fic written by Lilith True; sigh, this picture doesn't do him justice.
Ravenclaw Quidditch members (9/7) - Ooh, I'm really enjoying Painter Classic and my new tablet - what used to take hours now only takes about half an hour! Since these are the only Ravenclaw team members I know, it's Roger and Cho coming off the field.
